Title: Claims Handler
Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience

This well known insurance company is seeking an experienced claims handler to join their claims department.

The Role:
The role will involve the processing of claims using a computerised system and to respond to telephone and written enquiries.

Main duties:
Administration calls and written correspondence are handled promptly;
All claims are dealt with in accordance with FSA regulations;
Effectively handling and logging escalated complaints in line with FSA and company regulations;
Ensure that all incoming post/emails etc are processed and cleared by close of play;

Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to be proactive, use initiative and problem solve together with excellent customer service skills. You will also have the ability to time manage, adapt and prioritise to meet varying needs and deadlines.

Previous experience of claims is essential.
