We are looking to recruit someone to manage the Kennels Bar and its staff creating a vibrant atmosphere through seamless service and attention to detail, bringing energy, creativity and innovative thinking to the running and development of the bar business.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar including ordering, storage, stock control, distribution and sales of all beverages. You will lead and manage the bar team on a daily basis, communicating daily targets and taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of quality, health and hygiene. You will also support the team in delivering an adaptable atmosphere for our broad spectrum of members and guests; whether an efficiently delivered golfers' breakfast, a relaxed afternoon coffee or a lively and buzzing music event; all in The Kennels' own inimitable style.

You will have the ability to deliver exceptional standards of service, quality products and be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The suitable candidate will be need proven previous experience of successfully managing a Bar; and Members Club experience would be an advantage.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
