An excellent opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable System Support Officer to work alongside Learning Service Officers to provide system support to the Central Education Database and other key corporate IT systems as required. The role is responsible for user support and scheduled data loading activities. You will build strong relationships with users and other relevant stakeholders to meet business needs.
