We currently have a number of opportunities for Production Operatives to join our Operations Teams across our sites in Chichester and Selsey, where you will work as a part of a multi skilled team ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.

Key areas of responsbility:

• Working with and supervising agency staff to ensure they deliver the operational requirements and are fully trained to complete the relevant tasks
• Completing relevant paper work for the area, including start-up check sheets
• Ensuring the operational plan for the shift is delivered and product throughput is achieved
• Ensuring the area is clean and in line with food safety standards at all times

Skills and Experience:

• Working as part of a multi skilled team
• Flexibility and adaptability - the role is varied and the person will need to move around the factory on a regular basis
• Ability to priorities tasks to ensure optimum factory performance and efficiency
• Good level of written and spoken English
