Opportunities have arisen for Team Operatives to join our production teams at our factories on Chichester Food Park and Selsey.

Responsibilities include:

Working as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver operational KPI's including cost, waste, efficiency, Health & Safety and maintenance
Working with and supervising agency staff to ensure they deliver the operational requirements and are fully trained to complete the relevant tasks
Working across all areas of the factory and being fully skilled on all operational roles within the process
Ensuring GMP standards are adhered to throughout the factory
Delivering technical and hygiene standards to ensure world class quality
Contributing to CI initiatives to improve factory processes and product quality

Skills & Experience:

Working as part of a multi skilled team
Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
Flexibility and adaptability - the role is varied and the person will need to move around the factory on a regular basis
Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure optimum factory performance and efficiency
Good level of written and spoken English

This is a shift based role, which will include working days and nights, 12hour shifts on a two weekly pattern.
