We are seeking a Rewards Analyst with a bias towards HR to work for our well established Global client in the Havant area.

This position will suit a professional individual with highly developed numerical and analytical skills with a strong eye for detail.

It will involve supporting the department and regions in the participation of salary surveys, merit and bonus reviews, data analysis, job evaluation, report preparation and the delivery of associated presentations along with general project work.

We are ideally seeking a highly motivated individual, educated to degree level, with relevant experience.

Along with highly developed analytical skills, you will have the ability of handling highly confidential information, have excellent management and organisational skills, strong verbal & written skills and a methodical approach to analysis and problem solving.
