Local Land Charges are looking for a Local Land Charges and Address Development Officer to be part of their small but busy team.
Local Land Charges complete over 2000 search requests each year whilst also being responsible for the allocation of postal addresses for the majority of the Chichester district.
For this post you will need to be customer focused and have a commitment to service delivery along with:
- Good standard of Computer skills, especially geographic information systems.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Previous experience either in or working with Local Land Charges, Planning or Building Control would also be useful.
