We are seeking an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to work for a well established family run hotel/restaurant based 8 miles from central Chichester.

Due to the rural location of the client, your own transport would be required.

The Restaurant has recently been refurbished offering inside & outside dining of around 120 covers and you will be responsible for the cooking & preparation of food.

The hours of work will be around 48 hours a week with weekend working on a rota basis.

We are seeking a Chef who is loyal, reliable, flexible,  hardworking and used to working in a fast paced environment.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of c£22,000 depending on experience with good working conditions.
