We are seeking a Revenues Assistant to join our Council Tax Team. The main duties will be working as part of a team dealing with the administration of Council Tax for approximately 55,000 dwellings in the Chichester District, you will be required to maintain computer records and respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and through correspondence.
You must demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to learn. You need to be computer literate and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. You should have good organisational skills, and be able to work individually and as part of a team.
