CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER - SALARY £35,000 to £40,000 - CHICHESTER

Dynamite are currently assisting our client, a well established and forward thinking company based near Chichester, in the recruitment of an experienced and motivated Customer Experience Manager.

This is an exciting position for an experienced and customer-focused individual looking to utilise their skill set and develop their career. This role forms an integral part of the business and as such you should have a proven track record of success in the following areas:

You will be leading a series of customer improvement initiatives and be responsible for delivering change within the department. You should be able to balance the commercial needs of the business with the needs of the customer. Experience within the insurance or financial service industry is preferable.
