The Goodwood Aviation business is a perfect reflection of the Estate as a whole with a famous Battle of Britain airfield and a modern Flying School delivering unforgettable and thrilling experiences and lessons to customers and budding pilots alike.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and talented individual to step into an exciting role within our Aviation team. You will be at the very heart of our Aviation business and responsible for selling and managing flight movements, along with all other operational aspects of a modern, well established Flying School. You'll bring with you a passion for Aviation, excellent customer service skills and sales experience to ensure the operations desk is proactive.
