FPR Group is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for its Chichester Office to work in our established and successful Health & Social Care division. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

The position will appeal to people with either a recruitment or a healthcare background who are looking for a new challenge and a professional environment in which they can fulfil their potential.

As well as a generous salary this role will also include uncapped commission/bonus scheme, salary circa £20K to £22k+, contributory pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period), 20 days holiday rising to 25 with service.

Responsibilities will include:-

• Building and strengthening relationships with clients • Providing existing clients with Permanent & Temporary recruitment services • Candidate interviewing and selection • Visiting new and existing clients • Market research using internet and other networking research tools to identify new business • Out-bound calling to establish new business

Initial training will be given in-house and external REC training courses will be attended throughout your career.

Personal qualities: You will be professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess a competitive nature, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as being IT literate.

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential for this role.
