We are currently looking for Customer Services Assistants (casual) to join our existing team.

This first point of contact requires a confident and outgoing person, who will thrive on interaction with customers within a very busy reception environment.

The main duties will involve cash handling, answering the phone and processing payments but ultimately providing excellent customer service and being a proactive and professional face of the centre. You will assist the sales team in directing new members through the membership journey.

The hours of work will be variable including evenings and weekends, therefore a flexible attitude and outlook is essential.
