We are seeking a Digital Sales Executive to work for a dynamic & expanding client in the Chichester area.  This is an excellent opportunity to work for a friendly and supportive company in excellent working conditions.

Successful applicant would be responsible for supporting online transactions for both new and existing customers and involve a combination of phone and email communication to deliver an excellent service to the client.

Within this position your objectives will be the conversion of web quotations, retaining existing web business, improving the web trading platform.

Ideal applicant will have come preferably from a strong customer service background and keen to work within a demanding environment. Previous Insurance experience would be advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and written skills would be required along with a driven and customer focused personality.

This role offers a competitive salary of c.£18k plus bonus between £2k-4k with the opportunity of additional training.
