South Coast Human Resources is working with TSI Workspace to recruit a Sales Support Co-ordinator. 

TSI Workspace has been planning, specifying, supplying and installing office furniture for 14 years and was originally formed in 1996.

Owned and managed by the Scott Family they are a small business, based in the heart of Chichester that is dedicated to working with products that they themselves would be happy sitting at or on whilst providing an unprecedented level of service to their customers.

This is a new role following a period of growth within the business, and they are looking to recruit someone to prepare quotations, co-ordinate and process all new sales orders that come into the business, whilst supporting the Sales Director with all sales administration related duties.

You will also take responsibility for the following key sales administration tasks:

             First port of call for all enquiries in the SD's absence

             Process orders received by web, phone, email or online

             Enter order details onto Brightpearl system

             Compile quotations for customers

             Raise invoices for completed orders

             Arrange installations of furniture via external installation company

             Email statements to customers

             Provide customers with product information

             Scan incoming paperwork into Dropbox

             Updating ecommerce websites with new products

             Provide support to the SD as required

 

This is a key role in the business, and you should feel happy working in a small team, often working alone whilst the SD is attending meetings.  You therefore must be able to work independently and unsupervised, and be able to use your own initiative.  Excellent attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work conscientiously and thoroughly in the Sales Directors absence.  We are looking for someone who wants to work in a small, entrepreneurial business, who is committed, flexible and able to respond to the changing needs of the business as required.

You should have previous administration experience and be able to work confidently with Microsoft Office and cloud based computer systems.

The role is based in central Chichester and attracts a salary of between £16,000 - £18,000 per annum + profit related bonus.
