Human Resources are seeking an efficient and customer focused Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team. You will support the recruitment process by processing applications, preparing letters, making arrangements for interviews and obtaining required data. In addition, you will provide a reception service for the HR team and input data to the HR information system.
Experience of office administration is essential, as are organisational and interpersonal skills.
The maternity cover post is fixed term for a maximum of 1 year or the return/resignation of the current postholder, whichever is sooner.
