The successful candidate will be responsible for the welfare and supervision of students over 18 Halls of Residences, as specified by the British Council and the Care Standards guidelines.

The role will also involve associated administrative duties. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for some maintenance duties which may include but not be limited to painting, general maintenance repair and inspection of site safety, all of which training will be provided.

Applicants will have proven interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of working in a welfare related role, as well as the ability to lead a team is desirable.

The role may involve cover, so the successful candidate must be flexible, so be able to work around the normal contracted hours and remain flexible to changes to their work pattern, as required.
