We are looking for a Health Manager who will oversee the running of our night hostels in Chichester and Bognor Regis which include the line management of the Hostels Team Leader ensuring our Night Project Workers receive effective support.  You will also manage our exciting new hostel, The Lodge.

Working with the Hospital Discharge Team at St Richard's Hospital, and other multiple agencies, to assist with the coordination of a comprehensive & seamless support on discharge to homeless people who are at risk of rough sleeping.

You will need to have experience of working with socially disadvantaged people of a range of ages and variety of backgrounds which will include Homeless, Offenders and Substance misusers.

It is essential that you will be self motivated and have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to homeless and vulnerable adults.
