We are seeking a permanent Digital Sales Executive to work for a dynamic & expanding client in the Chichester area.

Successful applicant would be responsible for supporting online transactions for both new and existing customers and involve a combination of phone and email communication to deliver an excellent service to the client.

Within this position your objectives will be the conversion of web quotations, retaining existing web business, improving the web trading platform.

Ideal applicant will have come preferably from an insurance or customer service background and keen to work within a demanding environment.  Excellent communication and written skills would be required along with a driven and customer focused personality.

Our client offers a competitive salary of c£18k plus bonus c2k-4k with the opportunity of additional training.
