Working within Performance and Operational support, this role will provide support for effective performance management across a complex and varied range of services. You will be supporting delivery of the County Council’s performance priorities, monitoring outcomes, driving improvement and resolving problems with an awareness of long term strategies and the high impact on services. You will build and maintain positive, effective relationships and contribute to the future development of the team (or service across teams) and its service delivery function. You will provide accurate and efficient data processing, relating to the delivery of specialist performance management for social care services or for corporate performance. This will include maintaining computerised records, processing technical performance data, monitoring, analysing and reporting. You will provide specialist administrative support relating to the specific area of service, including liaising across and outside the organisation to ensure service delivery. This will involve use of tools, including but not limited to MS Excel (essential), Business Objects, and / or Crystal Reporting. With good communication and interpersonal skills you will be able to exchange varied information with a range of audiences. You need to be able to meet deadlines and complete the college part of the apprenticeship in the time set. You will be given time off to attend your college course and will be given work to enable you to complete your modules. As an apprentice you will have an opportunity to attend college days and be supported and mentored. 

325 per week Apprenticeship for 18 months 37 hours per week Based in Chichester Interview date: w/c: 24 February 2015
