Are you a highly professional customer service advisor with previous call centre experience looking to work within a professional and dynamic customer service team?

We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic customer service advisors who are fluent to join a motivated and busy team within our corporate and extremely prestigious client in the Chichester / West Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities will include; providing a high level of customer service at all times - assisting customers with varied and high volume of inbound enquires including queries with policies and insurance cover documents.

The successful candidate will be a team player and have previous experience with working in an inbound customer focused call centre. Experience within the financial, banking or insurance sectors is highly advantageous!

To be considered for this position you will have an extremely customer focused approach and be flexible with working hours as this position will involve different shift work between Mon - Sun 08.00am - 20.00pm.
