Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start!

£15,000 - £15,300 + Annual Bonus & Fantastic Benefits

(Shifts available between Monday to Sunday either 6am - 10pm OR 8am - 8pm)

Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this excellent company based near Chichester, due to a recent exciting period of change and growth the company are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors for their busy and dynamic teams.

The Role:
- Working on behalf of a specialist department of the business dealing with a wide range of customers
- Receiving inbound calls from customers who have emergency issues, dealing professionally with customers who may be very vulnerable
- Assisting customers via telephone, email and letter with general enquiries, working to deadlines to support the customers
- Liaising with third parties to assist customers with emergency issues
- Issue emergency documents
- Speak with customers to update them on their enquiries
- Completing general administration to support the above

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have ideally worked within a call centre/customer service based environment (preferably Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Travel)
- Have strong customer service skill
- Have good administrative skills and be able to multitask
- Will have the ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to speak additional languages is hugely advantageous
