The University of Chichester has a variety of building stock both on and off campus (Chichester and Bognor) which needs to be maintained to the best standards of efficiency and safety.

Employed as part of a multi- disciplinary team you will work on maintaining a variety of University buildings.  It's essential that you have a recognised qualification or a proven track record in carpentry and other trades activities,are willing to work on a plethora of small and medium projects and have the ability to work effectively both alone or as part of a larger team.  The successful post holder must also be able and willing to assist other members of the team with a variety of projects including those involving plumbing, brickworks and slabbing, not exclusively work on their primary trade as a carpenter.
