With a strong reputation of working with schools, the University of Chichester established a multi-academy trust with the aim to support and sponsor schools within its locality.  The Trust, as the Employer, has six academies within its family and aims to grow to up to 40 academies.  With pupils' progress at the centre of what we do, we understand that this can only be achieved through a dedicated and engaged staff that feel supported, and who believe in our values and commitment to excellence in the education of our children and young people.

We have an immediate requirement to provide a professional and comprehensive executive support and administrative service for the efficient and effective operation of the University of Chichester Academy Trust (CAT).   Ensuring that the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Standards receive appropriate support to enable the most effective use of their time, the post holder will also be required to support other members of CAT in an administrative capacity.  

You will act as the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries, and with experience of providing high level administrative support relevant to this post, you will be able to work independently, dealing with competing priorities using your initiative.   A high level of organisational and planning skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills, will enable you to adapt to the requirement of the situation, supporting and building good relationships with a diverse range of people.
