We have a number of part-time fixed-term (summer) contracts working predominately at the Chichester Campus however some shifts will be required and based at the Bognor Campus. The post holders will provide a helpful, comprehensive and professional reception service to students, staff, bed and breakfast guests and visitors to the University's Residential Services Offices
You must have experience of a busy reception desk or very similar environment with effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to use initiative. You will be responsible for welcoming, checking-in/out guests, taking new bookings and ensuring the completion of all associated administration including a timely update of the specialist database booking system.
With proven IT and literacy skills and a proactive, calm and flexible approach the post holders will be responsible for handling and recording income received from students and guests.

Roles start on the 1st June 2015 for approximately 12-16 weeks
Various Shifts - particularly evening and weekends.
Shifts cover between 7.30am and 10pm 7 days a week.
