Personal Accident Claims Handler

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions is the proud recruitment partner of choice for this highly successful business based in the Chichester area. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Personal Accident Claims Handler to join their busy and successful Claims team.

The Role:
- Ensure that all allocated claims are processed with clients requirements.
- Ensure that cases are accurate at all times, taking personal ownership for personal plans.
- To ensure all possible recovery actions on allocated claims cases are identified and passed to the Recovery team.
- Ensure all allocated claims are fully investigated to ensure there in no risk of fraud.
- To ensure proactive communications with clients by telephone where possible to obtain claims data and respond to general queries using best working practice methods.
- Complete all call backs prior to end of the day and ensuring they receive a full response within 24 hours.
- Inform Team Manager of escalated complaints.
- Proactively support the business ensuring that you support your colleagues and help to create good team spirit.
- Ensure allocated claims cases are properly managed, recorded and completed by ensuring personal file ownership, data, case status and reserve controls.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have experience within Personal Accident Claims/Insurance (this experience is essential, your application will not be considered without evidence of Personal Accident knowledge.)
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic, diligent and an excellent communicator.
- Must be a "team player" and keen to assist in other areas of the department where necessary
- Should be forward thinking and looking to develop and learn new skills
