Mill Chase Academy would like to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pupil Support and Guidance Assistant to work as part of our friendly and highly effective Pastoral Team.   The successful candidate will liaise with the pastoral team, other members of staff and relevant third party agencies to provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.
