Goodwood Estate's organic Home Farm is looking for a Working Livestock Manager to coordinate its dairy, beef, sheep and pig enterprises. Goodwood Home Farm has 3,400 acres of organically managed farm land, producing award winning dairy products, beef, lamb and pork.

A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced and enthusiastic team leader who will inspire a strong team of experienced livestock staff.  You will have a genuine passion for all farm-based food production and animal husbandry as well as extensive experience of working on a farm in a leadership role.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success.
