We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the team and support the Front Desk Manager with daily operations, including supervising the team of Hosts and the Switchboard Operator and ultimately ensuring that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to Goodwood, setting the scene for their stay.

The successful person will be able to work under pressure whilst supervising, developing and motivating a team.  Previous experience would be advantageous and it is important for them to be highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
