Tozer House is a home for Adults with Learning Disabilities in Chichester. We require an enthusiastic, motivated Shift Co-Ordinator to work as a member of the senior team providing active support and enabling customers in all aspects of their personal and physical care. You will work directly with customers to maintain a nurturing, safe and positive environment ensuring that their emotional, physical, education and social needs are met. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to provide clear and concise advice and specialist guidance to a range of customers and to create effective working relationships. The role will require you to lead and coordinate a team of staff on shift and support them to maintain, improve and enhance their skills. You will contribute to reviews, care plans and financial procedures for delegated areas. The post will involve working alternate weekends, unsocial hours and sleep ins.

Salary 19,048 to 20,253 per annum, plus an enhancement for working weekends and unsocial hours. Permanent, Part time Based in Chichester 30 hours per week Interview date: 19th May
