Our approach to dining is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, using our own organic Home Farm produce and award winning Estate reared and rare breed meat, milk and cheese.

Once housing the Duke of Richmond's hunting hounds, The Kennels is the central clubhouse for all of the Estate's sporting and social memberships.  Whether you are a racing fan, motorsport fanatic, have a thing for flying or golf is your sport, The Kennels has an excellent restaurant, bar, outside terrace and meeting space for you to enjoy. In addition, this year we will have the opening of 'Hound Lodge' which will exclusively host special guests.

The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for developing a fantastic dining experience for our Members and guests.  As the successful candidate, you will be passionate about developing exciting food strategies.  You will thrive on creating innovative ways of providing a food service to improve quality, sales performance and margins without compromising on standards and customer expectations.

The ability to developing strong working relations is essential - This being with other Manager's and Departments across the business, but also really vitally, with your Kitchen brigade.  As a inspirational people manager, you will be committed to leading, mentoring and developing your team to the highest level.
