Working within the Estate Management team, and based mainly at our Bognor Regis Campus, this post has a dual function which combines the skills of an experienced administrator with the hands-on activities of day to day sorting, maintenance and administration of the postal function. Day to day activities will include a range of administrative support for the Senior Surveyor and Property Development Manager combined with time targeted activities including processing, sorting and distributing all outgoing and incoming post, dealing with the booking of same day delivery, courier requests and postal tracking.  It's essential you're able to work accurately and methodically without close supervision with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You'll need to be versatile and flexible with good clear communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a range of people and the personal qualities to remain motivated and effective whilst working alone or as part of a team.
