Management Accountant

£28-£32k Depending on Experience

Full Time, Permanent Position!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join one of our prestigious clients based in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a stable and experienced team.

The Role:

* Manage the delivery of timely and accurate Management Accounts
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Detailed variance analysis
* Management reporting including weekly revenue and KPI reporting
* Monitor, action and analyse intercompany transactions
* Review forecasts ensuring that they are accurate
* Support the Financial Controller with the annual budgeting process
* Monitor and analyse financial performance including identifying potential cost efficiencies
* Be actively involved in supporting the business with accurate forecasting
* Review ways to improve cash flow
* Identify and deliver process efficiencies within the finance function
* Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Controller

The Ideal Candidate:

* Part Qualified or Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE Equivalent
* Ability to manage workloads to deadlines
* Passionate and Proactive
* Confident to make decisions and to stand by them
* Be methodical, accurate and analytical.
