Chichester College is recruiting for an inspirational and experienced professional to lead its new Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a new strategy and approach to sales and marketing and embedding a commercial culture that is driven by measurable results and profit.

The role will report to the Vice Principal and spearhead the merger of the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver holistic and targeted campaigns for a wide range of products/services and customer groups. The role will also be responsible for working with curriculum areas to exploit our expertise and assets. The post holder will act as an advocate and champion of the College - engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from the public, private and third sectors.

Chichester College is a general further education college based on two campuses at Chichester and Brinsbury. The College has won a number of high profile awards and in 2014, was graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. It has around 15,000 students including a large number of international learners - this is alongside significant commercial businesses.

We are seeking a highly driven individual, educated to degree level with substantial and proven experience in sales and marketing either in the FE sector or business.
