Chichester College is recruiting for an experienced sales professional to join its Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing defined customer accounts aligned to the College's curriculum and priority local business sectors.

Chichester College is one of the largest and most successful providers of training and apprenticeships in Sussex. Due to our success we now wish to appoint a new member of our team to drive growth.

You will possess an outstanding track record in recruiting apprentices and/or selling commercial courses to businesses, with the ability to adopt a consultative sales approach to develop strong relationships with key decision makers. We are looking for an Executive with demonstrable experience of winning and retaining high volume business. Being able to close the sale is critical to this role, as is the ability to recruit with integrity.

We deliver apprentices and training in a wide range of sectors so experience in a wide range of businesses and industry is essential.

You must have a driving licence and own transport, as there is significant travel associated with this role. Mileage allowance or a pool car will be provided.

We are open/flexible on working patterns/hours to fill the required hours/day.
