Dynamite Recruitment are currently representing this excellent company based near Chichester. Our client, a growing and diverse organisation based within Financial Services, are now recruiting for an experienced Network Support Engineer to join their IT department.

The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, maintenance, availability and security of the data and voice communications network. Tasks will include capacity management, trend analysis, change control, operations and network connectivity.

The Role:
- Identify hardware and software needed to provide solutions to problems
- Manage the ongoing support and configuration of all elements of the data network
- Supervise technical support staff in maintaining efficient operations
- Implement and maintain voice and data network devices
- Create and Maintain documentation such as IP address records, verification of circuits etc.
- Recommend overall strategy for the planing, use and coordination of networking technology

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have the ability to understand and communicate with a variety of people
- Must be able to work in a team environment, and have a logical approach to work
- Must have an investigative nature and be able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Should have an understanding of Project Management methods
- Should be aware of full software lifecycle W200x server
- Experienced within LAN technologies, multiple network operating systems, Wide Area Networking and Network Administration.
