Tozer House is a friendly 15-bedded residential service for people who have learning disabilities situated in Chichester. We are looking for an enthusiastic, thoughtful, caring individual to join our service supporting the senior team & providing support & guidance to the care team. The successful candidate will work partly on the senior team rota leading duties & sleeping-in-on-call & partly in the residential houses supporting & guiding the care team by role-modelling good practice. We want someone who is dynamic, caring & enjoys working with people. Experience of supporting people who have learning disabilities will be essential & a willingness to learn & develop will also be important.
