An opportunity exists within the Council’s busy Revenues & Benefits department for a Housing Benefit Overpayment Recovery Officer. We are looking for an individual with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as an eye for detail and some technical ability.

The role includes processing information and maintaining computer records related to the issue of invoices, recovery and enforcement of Overpayments of Housing Benefit. The work includes processing information using a document management system.
