We're seeking a leader to supervise and manage up to 20 production operatives on production lines ensuring H&S compliance, targets are met and exceeded and your team feel empowered and supported. This role pays £28,000 up to £30,000 and you will be working at one of their sites in West Sussex. You would report in to a Team Manager and work a favourable shift pattern where you get every other weekend off and typically work across days and nights 12 hours a day.

Tell me more about the role: As a section manager you will be well supported by your team manager and the company to ensure you also empower and support your team of operators. You'll demonstrate leadership skills through upholding company standards and leading by example and also identify training needs for your team of Production Operatives. Likewise your training will be assessed and you will also be developed moving forwards to have a successful and long career ahead with them.
