COURT LANE JUNIOR SCHOOL, PORTSMOUTH

Part time, Term Time Only (40 weeks)

Hours : 1 post 30 hours, 1 post 20 hours

We are looking for 1-1 Teaching Assistants who have a passion about every child's learning and believe in enabling an inclusive environment for the benefit of all children.   

Joining our friendly and supportive team, w e need flexible, reliable and enthusiastic colleagues to support individual children with differing combinations of learning, physical, behavioural and emotional needs. The support will be required in the classroom and during break and lunch times.  

You will work as part of a team to provide personal and learning support to individual pupils to enable them to achieve to the best of their ability. You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual, preferably with experience of working with children with an Education Health and Care Plan. However, we will also provide appropriate training for you to grow and develop in this role. 

With a flexible, reliable and enthusiastic approach, you will be committed to developing effective working relationships with the child, parents, staff and other professionals, to enable the very best support for the child's learning and development, whilst promoting excellent behaviour and high standards.
