Senior position, working within our multi award winning team of six catering Officers, with a wider team of 60+.

The team contract manages large corporate catering contracts as well as directly deliver catering services in special schools and County Hall, Chichester. The team manages or delivers well in excess of 15m per annum in value. The team are subject matter experts for catering and advise various departments within the Council, from early years settings right through to elderly care home settings.

This position is a new position to ensure the team are delivering the required outcomes for customers and achieving best value for the Council.

The person we are looking for should have strong contract management skills and be able to work at pace and prioritise tasks as this is a very fast moving department. There are line management responsibilities as well as a need to travel out to teams and units that are spread across the County.
