Once your application has been received and reviewed, successful applicants will be invited to attend one of our regular interview and selection days.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will provide expert advice and support to social work teams, mentoring /coaching of staff and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice.

Ready to share your great ideas, great practice and great outcomes, you will lead on practice within a specialist service area and contribute to training and practice development across the wider service.

In this newly created post, focusing on CSE, you will contribute to the development of social work practice where children have been or are being sexually exploited. You will make use of sophisticated, critical reasoning and both model and facilitate reflective and evidence informed practice regarding CSE.

You will develop the practice of social workers who will be working in partnership with parents/carers, and other professionals to support and strengthen families in caring for and protecting children from sexual exploitation, applying a range from recognised sites of excellence to provide innovative and appropriate ways of working.
You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
