Add excellent training including five guaranteed days of CPD per year, and it’s a winning formula.

The Assessment and Intervention Service has been redesigned to focus on providing more children with help at an earlier stage. The goal is to provide more interventions, alongside assessment and effective planning for children to ensure that there is sustainable positive change. The teams work closely with a range of partners including those delivering Early Help.
All work is under pinned by the Signs of Safety Model and the child’s experience is at the heart of our service: which means that everything we do and the way we do it can be explained in terms of impact and best outcome for the child.
