37,858 to 40,619 per annum Permanent, Full Time 1 FTE based in Horsham 1 FTE based in Bognor 1 FTE based in Worthing

Ready to share your great ideas, great practice and great outcomes, you will manage a small team within a specialist area, dealing with complex family dynamics and high levels of risk in partnership with a range of agencies. It’s a chance to make your mark as you provide expertise and guidance to colleagues to ensure that families get the interventions and support they need.

Passionate about making a difference, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a small group of social workers and other staff, providing expert supervision, mentoring /coaching and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice.

You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Family Support and Protection teams work with longer term Children in Need, children subject to Child Protection plans and PLO processes. We use Signs of Safety as our core practice framework underpinned by knowledge of attachment and developmental trauma. All social workers and manager receive extensive training in our practice model.
