Join us as a frontline social work manager, and you’ll be empowered. With experienced people around you and a senior leadership team backing you up, you’ll be in an environment in which you can focus on real social work and the child’s journey. We’re talking manageable caseloads, good access to administrative support and reflective supervision. Add excellent training including five guaranteed days of CPD per year, and it’s a winning formula.

You will manage a team of dynamic, enthusiastic professionals in a truly multiagency setting. Alongside partner agencies, you will work to ensure that the statutory needs of children for support and protection are met through the delivery of high quality services and that help is identified at the earliest opportunity.

Passionate about making a difference, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a small group of social workers and other staff, providing expert supervision, mentoring /coaching and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice.

You will also need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

All work is under pinned by the Signs of Safety Model and the child’s experience is at the heart of our service: which means that everything we do and the way we do it can be explained in terms of impact and best outcome for the child.
