If you are an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader with experience of running a successful team within a FMCG environment ideally in Agriculture, Horticulture or Food Production, we are seeking a Despatch Section Leader for our client based Chichester area.

You will be working in the packing operation of a Finishing Centre on an early or late shift. This will involve the packing of over 20,000 customer orders onto 1,400 trolleys. You will support the Department Leader by looking after a team of up to 15 packing staff.

Responsibilities will be the training & motivation of your staff in the packing process, ensuring your team work to the quality and productivity targets set by the business. This role will offer the satisfaction of building a high performing team.

This position will offer variety, no two days will be the same therefore flexibility will be essential, you will have previously worked in a fast moving production or packing environment and be able to demonstrate a desire to be successful, build and maintain a successful team that respects you.

Good spoken and written English is important along with a good level of numeracy.

Salary being offered for this position is £19,500 to £20,300, hours will be on average around 39 hours a week over the year.
