37hrs per week (Mon-Fri, with some unsocial hours)

Stonepillow are currently in the process of restructuring and developing client services across the organisation and this has created a new and exciting role for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual.

We are now seeking to recruit a Hub Manager to manage our Bognor Regis and Chichester homeless day centres. Working innovatively with individuals rough sleeping and experiencing homelessness who are often affected by substance misuse, mental health and other complex needs delivering a recovery focused service to improve the health and wellbeing of those accessing the service as well as signposting into appropriate support and housing/hostel options.

This is an opportunity for a passionate, creative manager to shape the projects to deliver high quality services by way of supervising staff and managing the day to day running of the services. You will oversee a range of interventions including assessment, keyworking, group work, housing and benefits advice, needle exchange and other health and wellbeing interventions in order to support individuals to improve their lives and work towards stable accommodation and independent living.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate experience of working with chaotic clients with mental ill health and substance misuse issues and within a similar setting.

It is essential that the successful candidate will have a non-judgemental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
