An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Psychology as part of a continuing strategic initiative to strengthen and expand research and teaching in the Department.
Working with the Head of Psychology, you will, among other activities, make a key contribution to developing and delivering research methods on our integrated Masters programme in Advanced Applied Psychology, and delivering biological psychology on our undergraduate BSc Psychology programme.  You will contribute to research, teaching and other activities.
Ideally candidates will have a track record in the areas of Biological Psychology or cognate area and have a broad range of research methods knowledge and skills. Knowledge of Meta-analysis and Structural Equation Modelling is desirable. You must also be able to demonstrate innovative, effective and inspirational teaching and learning for students at undergraduate level.  You will be committed to ensuring that our students are well supported and enjoy their experience with us. 
The successful candidate will be pro-active, enthusiastic and enjoy working as a member of a small team.
