We seek to appoint to 1 new Lecturer/Senior Lecturer post in the Organisation Studies/Human Resource Management group. The successful candidate(s) for the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer post is likely to have completed a doctorate, or be close to completion. Professional qualifications and senior professional experience will also be considered. Lecturers/Senior Lecturers are expected to make a significant contribution to the research profile and knowledge service activities of the School. The successful candidate will be expected to teach aspects of HRM/OB across undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral level programmes. You will have drive and enthusiasm, an innovative approach to research, learning and teaching, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
