An exceptional opportunity has arisen at Possability People for a self motivated and experienced Community and Volunteer Link Specialist to join the team of our Right Track service.  The role will support the Programme Manager to develop this unique and exciting service in Sussex. You will work with people with or at risk of developing musculoskeletal conditions (for example, arthritis, back and neck pain, foot and ankle injuries) and their carers to be more physically active in the community. A person centred approach underpins all the service's activities. 

We work with older people, disabled people and people with long term health conditions.
